Wow, I thought I was making a helpful suggestion, but your response seems so negative it's almost hostile. At the very least it is dismissive without regard to good intentions.

For one thing, someone posted about a racial hatred crime so I thought of it. I added the multicultural training just to say that it is an integrated part of things nowadays and is usually thought to be more inclusive and recognize people for who they are, not to divide people.

Queer is an accepted terms these days. I used to be a professor and taught "queer theory." There is nothing wrong with the term. It is included in LGBTQ after all. So why on earth are you criticizing every single thing I wrote instead of being open to a new idea?
