I know that foundation but I live in Sweden.
There is a foundation here too, but the research in ocd is far behind US in Sweden.
Yes I know exactly that the exposure with response prevention is the foundation in CBT, and that is what im thinking try to do before I get the cbt. Or atleast try to leave the unpleasent where it was, trying one thing at a time.
I understand the example and have read about this, I have begun to write down my compulsions, and gonna take it with to my T and read it there and maybe we can figure out how to think when one of them hits.
Shes not allowed to use cbt I think because thats not what shes trained to, but Im hoping to get some good support and ideas from her.
