i never knew what fire ants were untill the first time i went to florida as a kid .i was standing on an ant hill at my grandfarthers farm .before they started biting and i noticed it i was covered with hundreds of them. i never screamed so bad in my life .wvwryone was freaking because there were so many . finely the mother put me in a tub full of water to get them off me . OUCH i had hundreds of bites all over my body.
