Since I've stabilized and been levelheaded, I've had a few longterm and short-term goals in mind that I'd like to achieve within the next few years. I don't know exactly how difficult they should be to achieve, but it would be nice to achieve something great that would benefit me, and my loved ones in the long-run.
Short-term Goals
- Start Spring Cleaning
- Be more open/talkative
- Keep a stress journal
- Volunteer
Longterm Goals
- Don't overeat, count calories
- Exercise weekly, and meditate daily
- Practice math weekly
- Finnish a book monthly
- Apply for student aid
- Sign up for a reasonably achievable Health Profession program
