Hello! Congrats on the job! I'm sorry it's causing you anxiety, though. Have you tried some non-medical things to help with anxiety, such as a nice warm bath, soothing music, meditating on positive things, making lists of good things in your life, etc.? Can you find a movie, TV show, or book that's engaging enough to get your mind off the negative thoughts?
