Never heard of the "Stay at Home Daughter" movement. Looked it up. I suppose if you want to follow the Bible and that's how you interpret the Bible, it's a good thing for a girl. Being a feminist and thinking women shouldn't put themselves in the position that they need someone to care for them (because, what if the guy leaves or dies?), I'm a bit annoyed at the idea. I don't have a problem with learning knitting and sewing--in fact, I think those are great things to learn, regardless of your gender--but I am bothered by the idea that women have to be one way and men have to be another. Yet, I admit, I like the idea of being "feminine" and I like men to be "masculine." (Don't try to figure me out. I've spent decades trying, and you'll just get a headache.

) But thanks for mentioning that. I like to find out about new things, including subcultures and "bizarre" things.
