Yes, it does sound like migraines.
You really do need to see a doctor to correctly diagnose your headaches. Most likely they'll give you a cat scan to rule out any serious problems. You'll also be able to get medications, to help your headaches.
There's no reason why you should be suffering like you are, please seek help.
