The internet has a wealth of resources to aid you. Also, there are some sites with free, self-help cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety and depression. One site my doctor recommended to me was anxietybc.com. Psych Central of course has the forums and social groups which can be of great support to you also. This is what I have to add anyway.
