Adderall causes pulse rate to go up while causing BP to go down. None of the pamphlets I have gotten with my adderall mention anything about hypertension, the hypotension. I do notice that my pulse rate is higher from the adderall and my BP is lower by a few points. I would give it some time, let your body adjust to the new dose and see if it gets better.
