i read more about agoraphobia and its about the fear of having panic attacks in public places, i'm just afraid of leaving my house....... of being out of my house until i get to the place i'm going and even then sometimes i'm still afraid there too. what is that called? I don't know why i'm afraid...
this started off with being afraid to take walks around my neighborhood because in a period of 2 months i heard gunshots on 2 separate occasions and had to call the police....... perhaps that triggered this?
