Since you are unable to eat, which probably must mean that you are very seriously nauseous, and migraines are very often accompanied by nausea, I would join others in suspecting that it is a migraine.
OTC medications can give you rebound headaches. So they are dangerous. Prescription medications are better - there are medications for migraines that are very effective, but I do not know if they are used in adolescents - the class of them is called TRIPTANS.
Your mother is being very unreasonable.
There are no magic tricks, but there is an important requirement - you must be well hydrated, as dehydration will make the matters much worse.
You cannot eat, but can you drink tea?
