ER ***IS*** the proper route when you have had a headache for days and it is killing you. Even if your mother were to come to her senses (OK, her blaming you for the rape and the threat of her disowning you if you disclose the love for a girl have been explained, by you, by her religion. Being religious in no way excuses blaming the rape on you and the disowning threat - her behavior remains inexcusable and inhumane - but at least it can explain it. Not excuse, but explain. Well, how do you explain that she basically tells you not to feel pain from the headache? It is abuse on her part, in a very clearcut manner) and call a doc now, it would not help - you now need to go to ER to stop the pain. You can later go see a doc by way of a regular appointment to look into the causes (ct scan mentioned above etc.), but NOW you need to STOP the pain. ER may be able to give you an injection to stop the pain.

Her not acting also means that she is neglecting you. So, neglect+abuse... you did not luck out for sure.
