I really like Payne's answer, next post. I think she totally nailed it. however, when it comes to divulging your therapy, these days sometimes the info is readily available, and sometimes not. Sometimes you are required to divulge such, and sometimes not. There can be both positive and negative consequences in all these scenarios. Something to think about later, but after you get the help you need. And you ought to get help in the future, if, and as you need it. The best, and hang in there, it will be ok! gotta do what you gotta do!
