You can also look up info on this site for the blogs, conditions, etc. There is some good info here. That is how I found the forums, by looking up info and finding this site. Best one I have found so far.

Give therapy a good try before you say it doesn't work for you. On that note, therapy doesn't work for everyone as I am aware of personally but that is my opinion and fact for me, not saying you.

If you find you don't mesh well with the DBT group you are in, I do suggest shopping for a good therapist that specializes in this kind of therapy if you can find one. That is key. Not all therapists are good with this type of group and this disorder for that matter.

Talk to those of us here. I listen real well so I am told. I do not have it all together obviously by some of my posts, etc. But I do have my moments and I have knowledge at least of this disorder and all it has to offer us - if you want to call it that.
