When my depression is really bad I have problems remembering so I write stuff down. I mean stuff I normally wouldn't have to write down: like "did step one" or whatever it is to help me keep my place in whatever the task is. I also encourage you to try to get enough sleep. Someone else pointed out exercise and eating for health. Good ideas.
