I'm still struggling with sleeping during the day. Wednesday I was out of bed and I thought I could do it yesterday too, but I slept (about a 2 hour nap). Today I thought I was doomed because I was up all night, yet I've been out of bed all day.
It seemed at first that if I had errands to run, out of the house, it would help me stay out of bed. But today I was in all day, working on the computer all day, not much different than yesterday.
But today, I realized, I was pretty wrapped up in some stuff on the computer and I didn't stop to eat all day (until now). Wednesday the errand I had to run was sudden and I left the house without eating. And every time I nap it happens right after I eat. I think that's when I stop and think about things maybe, and then I get sluggish from eating, stop to digest, and end up in bed.
I also feel that even though I've been off of caffeine for a very long time now, I feel that a cup of coffee after eating would boost me. Coffee even early in the day keeps me up at night though so I don't want to go down that road.
Just some observations. Choosing not to eat isn't a good solution to stay out of bed but maybe I can think of something else to help.
