Has anyone gone to court to help a young grandchild who is being abused by a parent with naricisistic Personality Disorder where the abuse is not obvious? Our 5 year old grandson has cried out since he was able to talk. A judge did not believe us and gave dad full custody. The school called CPS, but nothing was done. Dad insists we called CPS and will no longer let us see the child, who now has no place to go to get away from dad. Abuse includes verbal, emotional and physical (pulling his hair, slapping his face, throwing him angrily on a couch, etc.). We have hired a top psychologist as an expert witness and finally have a good court date coming up. Just wondering about others with this problem.
