So, next month is BPD awareness month. We have a whole month!

During Mental Illness Awareness week, I offered up my diagnosis to a group of close friends on Facebook (limited audience post). I did this because I felt I needed to stop being ashamed. Of course, not everyone keeps it quiet because they're ashamed, but I did because I was. It was a decision I made after waffling about it for a few years. And, surprisingly (to me, anyway), the outpouring of support from my people was awesome. That positive reaction has me considering what I plan on doing for BPD month.

I know we have a ribbon (I think it's grey, which is appropriate - but I've seen one that's black and white, which is also appropriate). There's pins. There's bracelets. There's even a coffee mug .

I am wondering, does anyone have any ideas what they might do for BPD Awareness month (if anything)?
Thanks for this!
