Hi dexter. I've been struggling with sleep myself lately. Seems I'm either sleeping far too much or far too little. Yesterday I had a 4 hour afternoon nap and then had no problem going back to sleep at 9:00 that night. I slept straight through until 9:00 this morning. My husband thinks its crazy how much I sleep. I just go through periods of total exhaustion and have to fight to stay awake.
Other times however, I'll go for days (sometimes weeks) on little sleep...most nights no more than 2-3 hours.
I've sorta been feeling a bit like a yo-yo.
Not that this is helping you any *grin* but hey, I hear ya!
By the way, you have an excellent sense of humour. Noted it in the Wrong Answer thread in the Fun Things Forum.
