When I get depressed I just want to sleep. If I can I would sleep 18 hours a day. When I am depressed I am not well rested and you would thing after 18 hours you would feel well rested, but I would wake up exhausted. I think the sleep I get was just bad sleep, and feeling so down I just don't want to deal. If you can muster up the enegry, how about a little exercise. Then try to get a proper amout of sleep 7-9 hours.caffinenin itself doesn't give me enegry but when I am struggling to try and work I usually havean enegry drink. I like the venom energy drink. It gives me a boost so I don't fall sleep at my desk. I am on a mediciation that helps. I take viibryd and I have a lot more energy with it, although it makes it hard to fall asleep.
