I would talk to her in a calm and non judgemental manner. I would start by saying it is something you struggled with and you want to share it with her. I would accuse her or ask her questions. I would extend your hand to her and make her feel comfortable and ok. Self harm brings along a tremendous amount o f guilt with it. Try to make her feel safe and that she can talk to you without fear of feeling more guilt.
