I just remembered I was supposed to have a counselor appointment. She is so sweet....I am all the time calling or texting because I can't remember when it is. She is not mad at me.

Don't beat yourself up hon, it happens. If you have a smartphone you can set appointments I think but I am way to lazy to learn how to do any such thing. I can call and text and maybe take a picture.

I forget to pay stuff all the time even if I have money, and I run out of medicine and groceries a lot, I have a lot of bills set so they will automatically pay, it has helped us.
