Keep communicating here if you will. Folks would enjoy talking to you and have lots
of suggestions to help.

I can offer the idea that meditation is a big helper in depression, and I have a thing
that I do when I feel anxiety. It's called "the lemon thing". Just squeeze 2 lemons
into about 8 oz of water and drink it. If you aren't better in 4 hours, repeat the process. That ought to relieve a lot of the stress.

The logic behind the use of the lemon is that it is a citric acid fruit, but when it is
digested it leaves a very strong alkaline residue (or ash) that reduces acidic conditions of fluids of tissues and organs. The relief is very palpable.

Lots of ideas are known by folks here that might help. Recommending that you might wish to see a therapist for relief is a good suggestion, in my view. A psychiatrist might want to put you on a small amount of medication to help you return to a calm feeling tone.

Please keep in touch.
