20 mg is a tiny dose. If it helps at this low level, fantastic.

I had complete unorgasmia at high doses (above 100 mg).
At 80 mg, I technically had orgasms but I had no sexual fantasy/ideation/desire or anything like that. Just could technically, mechanistically have orgasms.
Had to go off of it completely to resume being a sexual being.
But it is a fairly rare side effect - on this forum, only one woman besides me has had it (and, I am afraid, still has it) - PM me and I will tell you her userid so that you can search her posts. She has posted on Geodon-induced side effects quite a lot.
Hopefully, you won't run into this side effect because it is terrible.
