It sounds like regardless of how anyone would label your experience, you feel like you might need some help around it. I actually think going to a support group sounds like a good idea. You can listen to others' stories and see if you can relate or not. Disordered eating is not a black and white, clear-cut thing, and you don't have to have been struggling with it your entire life in order to consider it a problem.
