I'm sorry you're going through all that right now. BPD is not an easy thing to deal with, and it can be so overwhelming! The OP's all seem to have some good advice here. There are a couple of websites I like to go on to that have some worksheets that are pretty helpful:

I'm not sure if they have anything specific to BPD, but they have worksheets that help you keep track of your moods, help you figure out a plan for yourself, etc. And they're not all complicated, either.
