Right now my goals that have been set are:
1. cope better with past abuse (we haven't talked about that in a long time, though...)
2. cope with mood swings so I can stay functional (we talk about this a lot, but she really only says to keep a log in my journal, call her if there's a crisis)
3. *maybe* get off meds if it's safe and reasonable before I'm of a socially acceptable childbearing age (SOOO likely at this point

)
I haven't noticed anything but my dad says I'm more open.
