- if there are no diseases, unprotected fellatio is healthy in that the woman consumes a very high protein food (or drink...I guess given the texture, it is in-between). That just came to my mind. " from wiki answers. But even with that addition, the main value is still from protein.
- further, if there are no diseases, unprotected fellatio within a couple about to conceive a child leads to a better immune compatibility between the mother and her fetus

- semen has a delectable taste. My first boyfriend's semen (we had oral interactions only, no intercourse) tasted a bit like the best SF sourdough bread. Very intense and pleasant taste. It varies from person to person, though, but still, it is pleasant, and it is pleasant even for me, while I in general dislike the taste of salty foods (to an extreme degree). So I assume that for people who do not dislike the taste of salty foods quite as much, it would taste even better.
