I kind of get what you mean Stopdog. I have been grieved by the kid's age. I listened to all the people who know him talk about what a sweet kid he is, and it grieves me that he's found himself in so much trouble. 19 yr old's aren't quite there emotionally, and I assume he was sucked in by his brother. The older one was my son's age. Still young, and another life lost in this tragedy. So I have thought of them, even though I have said things like "string him up in the commons" in the heat of emotion. I would actually be appalled if that was to happen. Still another part of me looks at my kids, who are very good kids, and I know NO ONE would ever be able to talk them into doing such things. Maybe my kids are the lucky ones.

I felt similar about the Newtown incident. That young kid, messed up in the head. It makes me so sad that no one saw that and helped him. It grieves me to think of his dad and brother who are left with his memory as the Newtown slaughterer.
