Dear Lioness,

I would agree for someone who has been overweight most of thier life it would be very difficult to remain thin. Alot has to our genes/ habits/ enviorment/ mental and emotional issues ect.....

You are the same person nomatter weight, how you feel on the inside is what matters. I would say stop the negative thinking of guilt and blame, this slows down your metabolism. Stress tells our body to hold onto X cells.

Lifestyle changes and working on good self esteem will go far. Dont concentrate on the scale number. I dont have one, never had, and I get weighed at dr. office.

I am overweight, thin most of my life untill a failed neck surgery which gave me alot of medical issues over 10 years ago. I am 40 years old and I like myself with the extra weight, I feel like a woman!!
