I am glad you were able to, or are likely to get, documentation. I was too depressed myself to get extensions or even medical withdrawals. I have a required to withdraw on my transcript, but, you know what, I still got into the bachelor of nursing program. Universities understand a bad course, or semester if you can demonstrate it was an anomaly. I also know grad schools, in most cases, only count the last 60 credits, in an 120 credit degree anyway.
