Thank you, you are very kind. I have had to accept that DBT was not for me. Yes, there are bits and pieces I can take from it.
I know now that there are other therapy options for BPD and for my other issues also.
Just still feeling same and thoughts are same so not sure what I am doing at all. Thank you for caring
