Granite...I could understand that decision. Not to make light of your situation ...but to share the stupid stuff adults write about kids...
When my son was four he was evaluated by a social worker because he needed occupational therapy. The social worker wrote all of this stuff about being concerned about him..etc..etc and listed that he would rather smear mucous on his face with the back of his hand than use a tissue as one of the reason's to be "concerned"...
Today, my oldest son is a straight A student, an athlete, well liked amoung his peers adults teachers, etc. A great public speaker, etc. One of those kids people come up to you and say wow you must be a very proud mom... You know like you are of your son...
It seems adults evaluate kids like the kids are adults ....So my point is that what we are as children does not say what we will become as adults
