so the company that cremated my dad, still sends him coupons 14 years later! wtf?! why not just send him a customer survey to see if he liked their service so much he'd like to do it again? Like, here have 50% off your next cremation, or how about a 2 for 1 deal!? just nuts, nuts, nuts...
