I'm with you. I drank on Friday in an effort to come down but it didn't work. Yesterday I took a klonopin and that did work, but only until it wore off. i have music looping through my head constantly so i'm listening to my ipod so that i don't have the same song playing back and forth. freewriting helps me get some of the racing thoughts out.

I'm gonna go to the craft store when it opens and get some hemp and start making bracelets. If I can find all my old beads. they're in here somewhere....
