You would start drifting your thoughts into "is someone following me, you have super powers, you can talk to god, you start to make connections between things that aren't real." I don't know if I'd be able to tell if I knew what it was when I was going through it. The first time I was ever manic I became psychotic. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about.
