Your age might make a difference and whether you do this every night or just weekends, etc.
Establish another pattern if you want; set an alarm at first and make yourself get up after 10 hours to start and do routines that help with your being awake (juggle swords :-) or, if you have an emotional/mental problem, either work on it with someone or back off it a bit, etc.
