I would tell some Docs that I had racing thoughts and they barely believed me I think. (I knew of two Doctors I saw that disagreed on racing thoughts. One Doc said they're episodic and my Doc disagreed with him.)
Get a good Doc that listens and understands so he can help you.

my pdoc thinks my mood swings don't exist and thinks I'm only depressed. My T and another pdoc say different.
