Establish another pattern if you want; set an alarm at first and make yourself get up after 10 hours to start and do routines that help with your being awake (juggle swords :-) or, if you have an emotional/mental problem, either work on it with someone or back off it a bit, etc.

O i worked it out great, my wife whatchs the soaps till 9mp then retires to bed to read, i leave the computer( you tube) go down and settle in the easy chair take my 2mg ativan an whatch my 50 inch tv till 2am. i do it every night i dont work now ritired. its my me time and its great .
