Have you ever seen a therapist? What you're describing sounds like Bipolar, but I'm no psych, only have Bipolar and know these feelings of anger oooooo so well...Can you get into a support group? Therapy can work wonders for you if commit to it
It's ok to feel the way you are feeling, remember that feelings are only that, they can't be right or wrong!
Keep your head up, You will overcome this, and remember you have a very supportive group here on these forums (:
