Ginger normally eases nausea, so things like ginger biscuits, or crystallised ginger would be good.
Yes, salty biscuits will help, as its absorbs stomach acids. Also, mint tea is a very good remedy

Have you actually been sick? If so, you will need potassium rich foods such as bananas and sports drinks.
