Do you have any powdered ginger or fresh ginger? I reckon even ginger snap cookies would be good. I believe you have those in your country. There is probably not much ginger in the flavoured tea. Do yourself a favour and get the real thing. Powdered ginger in warm water tastes like medicine, but a 1/2 tsp of ginger will set you right for a while most likely.
