The fact that you are able to be angry and express it may be a step forward in itself. Probably not the one you want, but fixing something like depression is never an overnight thing.

Regardless of where you are in your life, there is always a chance to change. I know it is frustrating when everything moves so slow or you feel as though all the progress you made has gone backwards, but that is the nature of depression. Having the guts to face your problems and the will to work on them says a lot about you.

Your depression and all the other garbage that goes with it didn't happen over night, and its not going to change back overnight. For one thing, not only do you have to change the way you are, but other people are going to need to adjust themselves to the person you are becoming.

Your anger and frustration are understandable. I'm glad that you feel you can voice them here. Maybe it will help diffuse the anger and allow you to face things with a cooler head.
