BP can be managed without meds in some people, but it usually requires some drastic lifestyle accommodations.
I'm not sure on the details about meds and falling pregnant, but can you not maybe stay on the meds until you are confirmed pregnant? There is nothing worse than that hopeless feeling of depression and I hope it lifts soon for you
