Sometimes it seems unbearable but it can sometimes be amazing what some changes can make too.
I know one thing that has kept me going is to keep trying, even if at times there's seems no change, usually there is, I just may be blind to it at moments....
Sometimes, for some of us, our prescription on life can be a cause for so much turmoil.
I hope you can find some help, what ever that may be for you.
