It's been awhile since I've been up here. Actually feels good to fit in every once in awhile...
Anyway, have been struggling to keep a steady progress in life. Its always depression, and hardly ever mania (its awesome

)
Been trying to come up with some strategies to fix this living inconsistency. So far I've managed to stay afloat for 2 weeks now. It works, but its exhausting.
What I do:
-Focus on one thing each day, and stick with it (don't do anything else until its done, not even toilet breaks or food)
-Filling up my schedule from 8am to 12am daily.
Anyone have any alternatives on this matter?
I was contemplating (have been for awhile), to seek counselling, but from past experiences, I never got any follow-ups nor did I benefit from it...
Any help would be much appreciated =)
