So stressful!!

I pay out of pocket for group T...and my insurance caps my sessions for individual T so that half of the year I am paying out of pocket. My T lets me pay the insured rate - so instead of $150, I pay $73....but that's much higher than my copay of $25 + $40 for group T....It adds up quick and is a huge financial burden considering I am an unemployed single mom. But I can't imagine not being in T, so I keep myself in denial about the situation.
