As a rule of thumb - even online, if a prescription is required, it's most likely o.k. - if not be use extreme caution.
However, I really haven't hear of much with the medications being messed with in any case. A handful of cases over the years that involved selling an anti-psychotic as a narcotic - but that seems to be few and far between too.
