I've never been on two anitdepressants at the same time, but I have taken Paxil and Risperdal together for four years. (In fact just yesterday was my last does of Risperdal - weaning off and hoping to remain stable - wish me luck>) I was pretty upset about being on two medications, but got used to it. I found it really helped when the Paxil wasn't as effective anymore.
