I don't know of a place, sorry, but have you been thinking about this in terms of marketing? I mean marketing is a whole field of specialization with different concepts and approaches you could apply. I don't know much about it, but I know it is important in the world of publishing or selling anything. I have sold writing in the past, and learning how to pitch stuff and how to research who to pitch it to is a particular skill that requires focused application. So if you haven't explored the field of marketing in respect of publishing, I thought this suggestion might be useful to you. It is a lot of work following it up, but since you are a workaholic - bingo!

Edit: there was a book "how to publish and promote online" ten years ago, and I'm sure there are many such more uptodate books now. (Awkward phrasing, but I must run.)
